Youth Worker, River Church Maidenhead

At River Church we love God and we love the young people in our town.
We’re looking for someone who feels the same to come and join our staff team as a dedicated Youth Worker. 

We're excited to bring someone onto our team to:

• Build a vibrant, fun and loving youth community that develops mature disciples of Jesus.
• Foster and grow relationships within our local community, providing meaningful encounters with Jesus.
• Provide strategic leadership and setting a vision and a culture for River Maidenhead's youth.
• Build healthy relationships and collaborations with local churches, agencies and authorities.

Hours of work: 24 hours a week 
Work base: Home and Community based in Maidenhead
Salary: £28,119 - £35,148 P/A pro-rata based on experience
Annual leave: 25 days (plus bank holidays) pro-rata
Reports to: Leader of River Church Maidenhead
