Daniel was an amazing man of Godly character, and we can learn a lot from his life story by reading Daniel Chapters 1-6. In response we should • Reflect: What areas of our lives need more conviction? • Resolve: Like Daniel, we must purpose in your heart to honour God. • Respond: We must Step into your calling with boldness, trusting that God is with us—even in our lion’s den experiences.

The parable of the prodigal son is about redemption, restoration, and reconciliation, and has a lot to say to us about the love of God for us today. Although we make mistakes and do things that are wrong God the Father is waiting for us to return to Him. Jesus has already redeemed/saved us, we are part of God’s family, He always wants to bring us back into a good relationship with Him God has given us free will, we can reject or walk away from Him if we want although this is painful for Him if we do.

Jesus was murdered, he rose from the dead and he met up with two friends walking to Emmaus. They were grieving because of His death. They didn’t recognise him. He let them share their story and then explained to them why Jesus had to die. The road to Emmaus story in Luke 35:13-35 has so much in it that we can think about and learn from. God Loves His people, He values the scriptures, He has sent the Holy Spirit to help us live good Christian lives.

John10:10 says that “the thief comes to steal kill and destroy, Jesus comes that you might have life and have it abundantly. The devil continues to try and divert us from living the lives the bible encourages us to lead. He asked Eve “did God really say that” she should have said “yes so leave me alone” Instead she listened to him and ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We need to know our bibles, sing songs of worship and come to Church so we can encourage each other to live God
