Job opportunity with Emerging Culture

Do you love young people? Are you excited about seeing them grow and develop? Do you have a passion for the Gospel? Emerging Culture is looking for someone who is highly motivated and excited about running existing and starting new projects. You will help run youth clubs, set up and developing new work, working with Wimbledon YMCA on their projects for young people around the local area, continue to extend our involvement in schools work, get involved in local church work, detached work, co-ordinate missions and help facilitate Emerging Culture’s national work; leadership courses, missions and magazine. You will be supported in your youth work by a team of interns who you will oversee, and you will be supported in your ministry by the team and through excellent training and teaching opportunities. Job Details; • Full-time (37 hours a week), including week nights where appropriate • Penthouse accommodation in Wimbledon • Opportunity to do the Youth work diploma at Bible School • £80-£100 per week (£4,000 - £5,200 per year). This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic; looking to develop their skills as a youth worker and gain some great and diverse experiences of many aspects of youth work.
