Oasis Christmas Meeting

I am sure that everyone who came to the Oasis Christmas Meeting on 18th December would agree that we truly enjoyed a surfeit of good things. Listening and singing along to a wonderful one hour show by a 10 piece group called 'Singspiration', plates loaded with lots of lovely cakes and mince pies, and a Secret Santa as well!

Florence Peters and her team has done a superb job of running these events for the over 50's during 2008 and River Church Slough is looking forward to continuing in 2009 - but on the last Thursday of each month to help us remember the date of the next meeting!

These meetings are not just for Slough & Windsor folk! We have been encouraged by visitors from Maidenhead, but would love to see even more of you come and bring your friends - Christians or not-yet Christians!
